"INNOVACLEAN" is a machine that uses fluidized sand as a heat medium to clean all types of resin adhered to spinning nozzles, melt pumps, and extruder screws by flowing it with compressed air. It features a short cleaning time and is compatible with various resins, including PVC, PTTE, PEEK, and PPS. *It also accommodates resins that generate corrosive gases. Because it uses very fine fluidized sand, the damage to the items being cleaned is minimized. Additionally, the gases generated during the combustion of the resin are subjected to secondary combustion in the built-in afterburner to neutralize them, and any residual inorganic materials can be easily removed through secondary cleaning (using compressed air, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.).
